For whom the loan is designed:

The loans are designed first of all for small businesses in need of fast, short-term loan without the necessity to pledge their assets. There is a regular income from the business, e.g. restaurant, bar, gambling rooms, forwarders, service shops, fast-moving goods shops etc.

Specification:

amount of the loan: 950,00 € - 3 650,00 €

maturity: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48 months (adjustable to the applicant's requirements)

payments: usually on regular monthly basis (this may be subject to custom adjustment according to applicant's requirements)

provision: bank transfer payment to the client's account

surety: promissory note, long-term businesses do not need aval up to 319,39 €

others: no purpose stated, possible revolving (provision of another resources in the course of paying up)

individual assessment of each application

Documents necessary to make an application:

entrepreneur - physical entity: Copy of the entrepreneur's + spouse's ID

entrepreneur - legal entity: Copy of statutory bodies' ID

bank connection

copy of trading licence, or other certificate authorizing the main activity

extract from the Commercial Register (not older than 3 months)

copies of tax returns for last 2 years (including annexes) + last quarterly statements)

up-to-date certificate of the tax and social welfare offices of the applicant's status

Advantages of the loan:

the biggest strength of the traders' loan is its maximum availability - it is designed for businesses that do not show profit in their tax returns, the application is assessed individually for free, the loan is provided with regards to the economic status of the applicant, surety provided by aval

no business plan, or expert assessment of the documented assets are necessary to enclose to the application.
